It takes two adults to make a relationship work. If either person isn't fully invested in the hard work that it takes to succeed, it will fail, no matter how much the other one loves them.
It sounds like you both need to take a long, hard look at your priorities and feelings and decide whether you *both* want to be in this relationship. If the answer from either of you is no, you need to be prepared to accept that.
From your end: Do you really want to be with someone who changes her expectations of you without explanation, spends all her time with another man, and is behaving like she does not love you?
From her end: Are you really investing as much as you should be into this relationship? You haven't exactly made it look like you're in this for the long haul. If I was with a man, especially your age, for that long and we weren't married, I'd be getting tired of it too. I'm not saying this is necessarily true, but there is a strong probability she's not feeling it from you any more. There is a common tendency to start taking your partner for granted after you've been together for a while. The things you were doing when you first got together that attracted her are probably long forgotten. Women are funny in that they want the man they're with to pay attention to them and treat them like they're special. Even if she's not sleeping with this guy, she probably feels like he understands her more and cares more about her as a person.
If you both want to make it work, it's possible, but it's going to take some serious attitude adjustment from both of you. It's obvious from your question that you fully believe all your relationship problems are due to her behavior, and I guarantee you she has a different opinion on the matter. You both need to take responsibility for what you could have been doing better and make some corrections if you want this to work. I hate to say it, but after four years without being willing to commit to marriage, I wouldn't bet much money on that happening.

lo que tiene johnny con las canciones que no son suyas, es que adueña de ellas, tambien su version de One de U2 es muy buena, esa fuerza suya es suficiente para que esta cancion no pueda ser siquiera comparada con su original, el credito que merece Cash, es el de llegar al alma con su guitarra
