im 17 and i want a way to make money online?i have already tried the offers thing and only got me 1-2 dollars and made my computer slow…i have been trying to make money online with adsense and making websties and stuff and i need to learn the basics.?

Yes you can, but it takes time and dedication. The easiest way to get started for free is to sign up for a blogger account. Choose a topic you you would consider yourself an expect on and could write about that topic a few times a week. Then do a search on your topic in google and if you see "sponsored listings/results"(the results sometimes on top of the organic search results and always to the right.) This means people are paying to advertise for those keywords. To find out how much they are paying to advertise go to https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal?defaultView=2 and type in your search word or search phrase. Then click get keyword ideas. It will give you a list of relevant keywords. Above the results on the right side will be a drop down menu, click it and click "show estimated avg. CPC", along with all of the other "show" options. This will tell you how much people are paying to advertise for those keyword phrases, how many searches are done per month, etc. If there are some searches done each month for your terms and people are paying atleast 50 cents then I say give it a shot. You could earn anywhere up to 50% of the total CPC.
Again this takes time and energy, but if you keep at it, you can make money with adsense. There are many more techniques you can learn to increase your possible earnings with adsense but what I gave you above should help you decide if you want to try it.

It depends on lots of things. One advertiser can put several ads online, that look the same, but have different bids behind them. He can then schedule the lower paying ones in the hours of day when he has the least interesting visitors, and schedule the higher paying ads when his target audience is most probably online. Also, he can target his ads at different websites, using different payouts per target.
Another thing is, adsense uses a factor per adsense-publisher (meaning: you) with which it deducts your income. Meaning: if you have a lower traffic website, but have the same ads on it as a high-traffic website, the higher traffic website can earn more per click. But, not only the traffic is taken into account, also the number of leads following from those clicks that transfer into sales, and a number of other factors.
