Adsense is a publisher program that is offered by Google. You can join as a publisher, and paste some code snippets on your website. Has your site been accepted by Google Adsense?
Normally Google Adsense doesn't accept personal sites because of the content may or not contain the same theme.
I own a site under my name, but the content is all seo related because of my services.
The best thing to do is read the terms of service and see if your site qualifies first.
Once you've done that, then ask for an account.
As for making money from blogging, there are some bloggers who are making up 6 figures doing it.

Unfortunately you can't. Generally you will only get paid for 1 click from the same user, but there are many companies advertising earn money on the internet who simply give many links to people who sign up, and make their money from this. It makes it very difficult for everyone else.

1. URL Channels. The easiest way is through the use of URL Channels. To create a URL channel:
